“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”-Socrates

The Path to Physical Prowess

Through my adolescent years and young adult life, I became obsessed with how to get a great physique. Primarily, because I lacked confidence and I wasn’t happy with the current state of my body. When I say a great physique I’m not talking about a physique competitor or a bulky bodybuilder, the context of which I’m speaking is of physical beauty. When you picture physical beauty, who or what do you picture? That’s right, the look that you see is actors on the big screen and occasionally some models. A look that builds great confidence and draws the eyes of those around you. There are two main components for this look, a proper amount of lean muscle and lower body fat. Driven, but inexperienced at the time I rifled through different programs sold by icons in the fitness industry to reach that golden ratio that I was after. I would complete one program and then move to the next because it didn’t have the desired effect. I didn’t realize there was just one big problem until one eye-opening day. These programs had a big flaw, they worked for people using PEDs but not for the average gym-goer. I realized this when I pondered how I always felt using these programs. I was always tired, underperforming, and achieving very little results. I learned these programs all had four underlining issues. Can you guess what they are? It’s actually blatantly obvious and I kicked myself for a time once I noticed them. It’s too many lifting days, too much volume, a diet that’s impossible to follow, and not enough time to properly let your body recover. Hence why you need PEDs for those programs to actually work. So I reverse-engineered those programs and what I came up with was a winning simple formula. I discovered a blueprint. You need to build lean muscle through strength training, keep nutrition simple, and only lift 3 to 4 days a week. No special diets, no keto, no carnivore diets, no low carb BS, no complicated workouts, just simple as getting stronger, and enjoying a manageable diet. After discovering that’s all it took to have the look I wanted I went to work on the blueprint. Trial and Error. Ironing out the details. Taking that blueprint and building something that changes the way things are done. Making it easy for the average man to achieve the body he wants to obtain the confidence to chase what he wants out of life. The results of what I have made speak for itself. I’m frequently told I look like the wolverine or a greek god, the exact look I was going for. My body the canvas and my programs the brush I finally constructed the look I wanted. Now, it’s time to share what I’ve made with you. What do you want out of your body and your life? The physique quiz below will get you started on your path, let’s get this done.
